Sick leave and reopened with limited inventory

First of all, thank you so much for all the wonderful emails and messages regarding my recovery. It has helped so much.

On Nov 12th I started spiking fevers up to 103, nauseous, fatigued and horrible muscle pain all over. I took a COVID test, negative, and just thought it was a bad flu. The day before Thanksgiving I was hospitalized for "fevers of unknown origin" and they started running a slew of tests to find out what is wrong with me. Long story short, I have nothing viral or bacterial, no cancers, no "outdoor" diseases (I'm an avid hiker) and appear to be in good health. They still don't know exactly what caused my white blood cell count to spike and my red blood cell count to decrease. A round of antibiotics cured the fevers, now I'm just struggling with no appetite, muscle pain and fatigue. Quite frankly, it's been a terrifying journey. They are still treating me on an outpatient basis and in the meantime, I feel strong enough to start shipping orders on a limited basis.
I've hated to be away from my little business and please bear with me as I rebuild my strength.
Thanks,
Sue

A local radio talk show host went through the same thing. He was sick with the high fever and the other symptoms you had was gone from his show for 2 weeks. Came back to host for 1 week then out for another week or 2. Tested for covid negative He said that he was taking antibiotics and a steroid. Fever was finally gone and he was working on feeling better. Nothing showed up in his tests either. Work on getting better. Glad to see your back you were missed.

Was thinking of you and hoping everything was OK. I fainted unexpectedly (while teaching my class!) last year, never before, and a battery of tests found nothing. It took awhile to stop feeling dizzy. I learned about what an inexact science medicine is, and how many things resolve themselves without ever being explained. All better now, as I’m sure you will be. Big virtual hug!

Many prayers have been sent up and good energy sent your way, Sue. Healing is a journey, and takes the time it takes. (Says a retired RN who worked for 40 years 👩‍⚕️)Take care of yourself, now. So many are wishing you well. Blessings, Chris

You’ve been my go-to scent lady for well over a decade. When you took your site off-line, the only thing I cared about was you being able to make it, whatever “it” was. I am really happy to know that you are doing OK. Honestly, I was worried for you and prayed for you every day.
