The cool minty aroma of fresh peppermint leaves. Peppermint essential oil gives a cooling sensation and has a calming effect on the body and may be the most versatile essential oil in the world along with lavender. Literally, there are few body, health, and mind issues that it cannot help. Some of the most common peppermint oil uses include:
  • Relieve headaches
  • Improve mental focus
  • Boost energy
  • Release tight muscles
  • To alleviate nausea, sniff directly from the bottle
  • Relieves congestion
  • An invigorating pick-me-up during long drives, sniff directly from the bottle
  • 100% Certified Pure Essential Oil
Peppermint blends well with Marjoram, Cypress, Eucalyptus, Geranium, Grapefruit, Juniper Berry, Lavender, Lemon, Rosemary and Tea Tree.

One of my favorite energizing blends is equal parts Rosemary, Peppermint and Lavender in a tea-light diffuser bowl filled with water. Wakes me right up!

General safety information: Due to the high content of menthol, you may experience possible skin sensitivity. A skin patch test should be conducted prior to using an oil that you've never used before. Do not apply undiluted essential oils onto the skin, always dilute with a carrier oil. Avoid essential oils if you are pregnant, breast feeding, epileptic, have liver damage, cancer or have any other serious medical problem.

How to Use:
  • Bath & Shower: Add 5-10 drops to hot bath water, or sprinkle into shower steam before getting in for an at-home spa experience.
  • Massage: 8-10 drops of essential oil per 1 ounce of carrier oil. Apply a small amount directly to areas of concern, such as muscles, skin or joints. Work the oil gently into the skin until it is fully absorbed.
  • Inhalation: Inhale the aromatic vapors directly from the bottle, or place a few drops in a burner or diffuser to fill a room with its scent.
  • DIY Projects: This oil can be used in your homemade DIY projects, such as candles, bath bombs, bath salts, soaps and body care products.
